  • We are happy to exchange your ring for a different size or style within two weeks of delivery.

  • After discussing your needs with us, we will have you mail the ring back to us, along with a note containing your name, order number, and a brief summary of our conversation. Ensure to include padding for protection during shipping.


  • If you'd like a specific adjustment to your ring, but don't believe you need to exchange for a new ring, contact us via email at, including your name and order number. We can discuss your requirements and guide you through the alteration process.


  • If you decide that a return is the best option within two weeks from the delivery date, email us at, ensuring you include your name and order number.
  • After our brief discussion, send the ring back to us, enclosed with a note containing your name and a summary of our conversation. Provide padding in a bubble mailer or small box for protection.
  • We can only refund rings that are returned safely and in like-new condition.
